There is no work culture. There is no work life balance, company don't trust on his employee, ready to deduct salary and expances in each and every step of your working without any company loss only in the name of policy, nobody even higher management also not ready to support, company is full of politics, each old workingbstaff work to pull your leg to down. HR working is just like a government Bank means when you try to connect to HR 99% they didn't respond and in remain 1% they route his work to another HR person and told you to connect with other HR person, you feel so helpless ....Read More

Work life was too bad and every day and every i was feel so exhausted company put 5 staff work on a single person. You don't have time for your family , friends even for you .

It's an honor to work with astral group and spacially when other companies were forced there employees to do work in pandemic period at there own risk our astral gives us the rule no.1 that Safety comes first. so I'm glad to be a part of astral family.

Dislikes

Only thing which I think to be improve that is empowerment at lower level employees (like L1).

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
