How to do a job in Astral Company? Learning is taught and there is a one week training process in the head office which is not available in every company.

Dislikes

The only reason I found in Astral company is that the company is launching a new application or they are not following you with Astral team working but that is the problem.

When I say dislike, there are many pipe brands in Kerala, then in terms of price, sales are a little behind. If they give good rates, the Kerala market will be in the hands of Astral.

Company has a cash cow business, so don't see possible cashflow issues in future.

Managerial hubris and power centricity, Limited access to merit and skill based performers to even do something. Certain senior officials are like running a parallel ownership within company. Hence the Culture promotes to be either Promoter's close or Senior KMP's Close. Hence No merit based recognition. Overlapping hierarchy & Top heavy hiring.

According to me Employee's Transportation, Canteen are mainly required because some employees are comes from other states & didn't know about the culture & language... Some Disciplinary actions should be revised for company staffs hence they are comes from engineering background pl treat them like Engineers
