Job security good, work culture good,but workers duty after struggling to pick the auto bus, etc. Kindly arrange Van system, how to gave covid 19 before like that.each workers have a family its help to reach quickly at home. After they cook. And please remove the policy of covid 19 salery detection..

Salery very slow growth, very bad system. Management managers only gave importance there increament. Not see the lower staff hard workers' increament

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
