Nothing . . I regret joining . Job security- Recently lot of changes happening under the leadership of Alisha Moopen .Head of the institutions change rapidly and so does the employees .No job security.You will be always under the stress of losing your job. Work culture- Doctors are treated as money spinning robots .Every month youare given a slip with a target.No question of work culture .Loyalties change depending upon how much dollars you make for the company . Management-The head office doesn know what’s happening in the hospitals of their group.Decisions are taken absurdly.Incompetent fellows heading the operations . Company policies - Gone for a toss after Dr .Azad Moopen taking a back seat and giving his daughter a much bigger role .No vision ,no quality ,no ethics ....Read More

At present lots of restrictions with regard to major gynae n laparoscopic surgery due to rules n regulations of country as such.
