I like the management . but not nursing.

i am a nurse, have 8years experience in Aster. Initially it was too good. Since 2019 decemberonwards, Ms. Biji George heading the nursing department. I felt she is too much partial and she doesn,t know how to handle the department. She is torturing too much. so almost staffs are leaving the institution.
