A good company for a junior level post candidates only. Company policies are better comparative to other company & they give good salary in present scenario.

There is a lot of politics & management doesn't address our issues. Middle management is game changer and likes only buttering. It's really tough task to adopt the culture of company by a common candidate.Challenging job for mid-level employees.

I was engaged with the company for approx 04 yrs but there is no job security in the company. However I conclude that you should avoid such company if want a good environment to work.
