As I have known till now it is one of those few US processes who have day shift which is not even rotational plus it is a non-voice process plus it is not a BPO plus you have fixed Sat-Sun off including all the major festivals offs also plus leave policy is very lenient plus it has a wonderful work environment plus all the colleagues are very helpful with no politics and biases plus the seniors are also very helpful plus you don't have stringent targets here as you are only given that which you can do....Read More

Please yaha koi bhi apna time waste na kare, bahot hi cheap company hai. Bas inko kaam chahiye hota hai, promotion or increment ye sab to bhool hi jaiye. Half star k layak bhi nii hai.

The only thing I like in the company is cultural activities otherwise I didn't think so anything is like in this premises.

Slow growth, high work pressure, longer work duration, dirty politics, managers do not value of the individuals unique strength that is the basic reason why people left the organization, restricted environment, narrow minded thinking, difference between girl's and boy's, lack of salary and most importantly behavior of the senior leval managers is very bad.

Some times it's very gud and some times it's very bad experience. On the basis of my personal experience my work life in Assist Click is very hectic. But it will be a great learning and I learned alot. In case of work satisfaction I can't say anything.
