Nothing to like. Poor HR policy. No increment to workers only they love boot lickers, tough competition in that sector now a dats as well.

Everything. Worst place to work. You must have done some crime that you are looking for info abt this place.

1. Work-life balance. 2. So many holidays throughout the year. You will get nearly one month of summer vacation, 7 to 10 days of winter vacation, 6 to 7 days of durga puja vacation, 6 to 7 days of bihu vacation etc. 3. They provided full salary during the lockdown time too. 4. Good infrastructure

Dislikes

1. Job security is average 2. No yearly increment 3. No fixed salary structure. 4. No retention policy for the faculty. 5. Average to poor quality of student.
