1. Work-life balance. 2. So many holidays throughout the year. You will get nearly one month of summer vacation, 7 to 10 days of winter vacation, 6 to 7 days of durga puja vacation, 6 to 7 days of bihu vacation etc. 3. They provided full salary during the lockdown time too. 4. Good infrastructure

1. Job security is average 2. No yearly increment 3. No fixed salary structure. 4. No retention policy for the faculty. 5. Average to poor quality of student.

Lack of professionalism. No clear guidelines about rules and regulations. Behavior of HR is very rude Lack of respect for employees. Lack of proper lab facilities for students as well as for faculties. Staffrooms conditions are worse.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
