Having good brands, Well known company in market, Company culture is good. You will learn lot about the industry after working there.

Dislikes

The important thing salary, Which is deducted by adding several clauses in salary structure. Very poor HR policies which will benefit to the company only. CTC shows the variable part also. But actual is far less . While leaving they will deduct while make a clause of three month notice which is impossible in current working senerio, Performance analysis is also added in CTC, which you will not get in first three months so less salary, then your deduction will be done on performance linked incomed but shown in CTC.And when you leave, They will deduct the full performance linked income as salary if you will leave in two month.So lots of deduction, No such employee benifit and growth in terms of income, You will learn lot from there.That will help you to grow further....Read More
