Lot of curricular and extra curricular activities for children, smart TVs in the classroom, very good curriculum for children's academic growth etc.

Dislikes

1.Overburdened staff.( Too much work and less human resource available for it) 2. No organization of work load and work flow.

Their freedom to teachers with their technics principal was super cooperative though supervisor was not good but trusty team and principal was super friendly and loving and sympathetic towards all staffs don’t know about today’s situation but it was great working when I was there thanks

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
