1.First thing i need to talk about is their HR team, really well organized, good team work, polite, quick response, very helpful,kind. So far in my career never seen such a polite and soft HR team, they really do care the employees who all working under them. 2.Training if you want you can take some training's from their fleet itself. 3.Job security .... yes, you will not be terminated unless you violate their rules and conditions. If your current project completed... you will be transferred to another project. 4. Career growth- Yes, for the you need to develop yourself along with the organization, if they trust and believes you during your working tenure, you will be elevated. 5.Salary will be good but appraisals i haven't got anything yet from them, i guess may be in future. 6. Politics- No idea 7. Learning- Self development required 8. Work environment- I came to know through my colleague that they have good working environment in HO, Surat. But i haven't been their yet. 9. Work life balance- I want to say this part is hard, Work timings are from 9 am to 7 pm in HO, Surat... which makes quit complicated to balance your work and personal stuffs...My suggestion is to keep from 8 to 6 so that people can reach home on time and spend time with their family. Starting early to office is always not a problem but getting back late is always difficult. 10. Dislikes

When they offer you a job they will offer you 2 or 3 which you need to select by your own... they wont force you to go the particular project. Everything is based on the employee wish only. As they give more importance to the employee job satisfaction.
