company policy is hood but on the sudden company decide data entry vacancy is close so that i am suffering is financial problem no have job 3 month. covid time vacancies closed not good for our future.

I dont like chhattisagadh 27- Raipur, HR,AVP & DM politics. mismanagement work, CG 27 Raipur all staff not certified DM & HR behavior decisions ,

I did not receive proper training for my job in initial stage. My supervisor and co-worker helped me but it was difficult sometimes

Work Details

My basis job is to support the field officers when ever they require. I help them when issue occur in IT assets and other issues. I also help in disbursement process by booking, bank entry and approval. I keep records for every day disbursement.

Here I do lots of fun .As a Data Entry Operator I only do system related work nothing more . Salary is very low for this position and all is good in this company.

Here this is microfinance company in closing months lots of pressure on DO's to do work in certain time .This is some issue and all is good in company.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
