Good work environment and culture. Teammate are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. i love that fact that i am a part of a team thar markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. another plus point all are very coperatiove and understanding.

Compensation is decent.

Work Details

I have to look after the entire product marketing and distribution life cycle as well as manage day-to-day yield operations. Managing Social media Channels and E-com. as long as i get to work closely with the client, it will be great learning experience.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
