Once upon a time (5 years back), this company was dream of everyone..very good culture, employee care, average increament, good work life balance, respect to people but now the days are over. Now no respect to people. They will pay you high and then behave like you need to be available for 24 hours..earlier promotion was assesment base, now any one who is liked by Boss will get promotion.. company has destroyed the culture.....Read More

From last 4 years 1. No respect to employees 2. No work life balance 3. The fresher from colleges comes with thought that they will get good environment but environment is totally polluted now 4. You can get better package but forget that your further growth will be based on talent 5. Earlier promotion was based on proper assessment, now only one assessment for promotion is to always roam around boss 6. No care about old employee who genuinely gave their life for company growth 7. Suggestion for fresher: don't just fall in salary package..give suggestions from your immediate seniors. Don't overexpect from company 8. Work life balance totally gone 9. Meeting is just for pressurizing people 10. No hard feeling for company ..love this company but now the culture has totally diminished 11.
