Dislikes

Reimbursement is good but growth is very slow, The work pressure is unpracticle, Generally Most of the time we work average 13-16 hrs , I have to attend the clients / dealers / transporters calls in evening, even late night also. Logistic division of company is not helpful. as sales manager, we handling not only sales, we coordinate transporte , driver , freight , & other coordination also. Also TA-DA structure is not aligne. its a hard experience for me....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
