Lack of equality in rules and regulations. Personal attacks are also being made like 'I am a difficult person to work with', 'Snobbish', 'Moody' etc. There are so many confusions and lack of clear cut communication from the immediate seniors that lead to delay in work, and you will be blamed for those deeds that you have not done it.
