With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Asian Adventures is today India's leading company for wildlife tourism. My overall experience in Asian Adventures is good, all employees are supportive and knowledgeable and My boss Mr. Mohit Aggrawal is too good, he is such a nice person I ever met. They don't support me in terms of monetary value because I'm intern there and company is also suffering because of COVID-19 Lockdown. Forget any pay increase, they will ask you to spend some money instead. Seniors do not have any knowledge and are rude and judgmental when in fact they themselves do nothing. Forget leaves and your sundays because they will ask you to come. They act goody goody and then when the work is done they show colors. Honestly work anywhere but here. Even a bpo will pay you more. There are no benefits given to employees. I REPEAT - there are no benefits. Forget PF, salary hike, promotion, insurance, paid leaves, sick leaves and any benefits you can think of. This is also the case for old employees not just for the new ones…. Just imagine… goshhh!! They have created a fake sense that they are a good ethical company, but nothing is ethical about their internal work. Some old review said that this company has a family culture, i refused to believe it but .. its is so truee....Read More

People are so good . I learnt a lot many things and i take a ownership of my own. Now i am well experienced in the field of Operations and Sales.

Dislikes

Nothing but few, that first of all , 1) work should be in a systematic way. 2) they should hire people according to their profile, if the profile is not match able the candidate will not be able to perform,or he/she can not be complete the task .
