During my 10 years Job period I observed that AI is the company where you can Learn more, through many assignments and training programs.

Dislikes

I was in 2008 to 2018 in Delhi (INDIA) office, In 2018 on day suddenly they drop me out without any reason, No Groth, No Job security, Nepotism, No value of Key employees Inspector.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
