-Good CEO -Some employees are very co-operative -Learned a lot of stuff while working -Very supportive logistics department

-The production department doesn't support the marketing department -Communication gap -Takes too much time to clarify a single inquiry from the production department -Some production executives are dumb they think that this is their home; behave arrogantly & fight childish with the marketing team -The production department hides a lot of stuff from the CEO (makes fools with fake reports) -Yes salary always gets credited after the 20th of next month -Anything goes wrong with the order; blame always goes to the marketing department Suggestions: -Grooming is very slow in the marketing department -Training new employee in this organization needs to be very fast and cooperative so, the new employees don't get frightened while working or taking new initiatives...Read More
