Very familiar staff, cooperative Environment , learning many things, morality existing in office culture , understand the employees professional feelings

Dislikes

Management have no sense of humour about work culture and office system , financially unstable and delay wages and miserable attitude for employees benefits like bonus incremental perks etc and do not have faith and belief on workers honestly and loyalty, negative mindset and chronology have appears.

In the beginning company was very favourable to me but as time passed the company will have become a toxic and politics attitude in the management team . Caring not about the staff sentiments related with their work , family, growth , career , mentally
