I was COO - Credit Risk and Recoveries, as mentioned earlier, it doesn't really mean anything. Management ( 3 brothers + Father ) a confused lot run the company. They are directionless and perpetually confused leading to confusion everywhere within the company. I am yet to find any1 who can say that their work was satisfying or werevalued for by the company. Expect no raise on salary post joining. U will remain on the same payscale or leave (if u ask for performance raise). All in all o would sum it up by saying : if u want to punish sm1, get them hired in Ashtech India Pvt Ltd....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
