The University is open to innovation but the staff seems a bit stuck and attached to old ways of doing things and older technology.

Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

Decent Compensation and work environment. Work was hectic at times. No Job training for freshers. Overall an OK work experience.

Prospect of career growth is bleak. Huge disparity in salaries for Ashoka Alumni and Other professionals for example : A professional with 4 years of experience in a higher rank will have lower salary than a fresher from Ashoka University

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
