ASM RSM ZSM all are sledging you every time, no family function no skill development program nothing and products are also pathetic so you will face much customer dissatisfaction as a incentive. You have to work in off day also.

Poor Work Life balance,Monday to Saturday working though as per company policies Saturday is weekly off for field guys but no Area offices follow this and you are forced to work for 6days a week and also on Sundays if required.
