Very bad culture, every one is act like machine. No job security, no work life balance. Nothing is good for this company. ASM RSM ZSM all are sledging you every time, no family function no skill development program nothing and products are also pathetic so you will face much customer dissatisfaction as a incentive. You have to work in off day also.
