Carrer growth / work environment : Nice to learn the technical things during training period , we will be given liberty to give the opinion on development activity, We are working as a family. get satisfaction on our work done at the time of release of product and the feed back from the marketing. Growth:: Few might have given opportunity for further growth but the company cannot hold the employee because opportunity outside is more, Salary / Appraisal policy: Good Salary compare to other Automobile industry and appraisal part Knowledge and skill will be given priority. Job security: we cannot expect the work relevant to the qualification, Hence new comers has facing the problem, .....jumping out.
