I am very happy to work in Ashok Leyland Limited, the overall experience of my work is fabulous, my team and my seniors are very supportive and helpful, management also do best role for there employees, in the working time i really enjoyed my job.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
