Salary and incentives is the best part of this company. It seeks to bring in changes and best technology possible to better classroom learning scenario

Skill development - Excellent
Job security - Good
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Groupism and resistance to change amongst members. Lack of coordination etc

Salary - Poor
Promotions - Bad

Work Details

Exciting to begin with...but somehow tends to become hectic by peak of the session with plethora of activities cropping up . However this is the challenge we are meeting every year

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
