Good work environment and cult. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is alot of politicas and the management doesn't address our issues.

That's good job for chembond employees and wonderful opportunity and skill development both a very good.

Dislikes

Working of contractor wise. So not a perfect combination.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
