Even after 6 months of joining, I have not received the appointment letter. They did not give me the salary as per the discussion and also did not give me the offer letter. Construction quality and methodology is too much poor. No learning here for technical employee.

I can only Suggest people to never work for this company for they have no respect and consideration for their employees. They treat you miserably. And partiality is at the peak here. No matter how well you perform they never will give u any credit unsteady you are related to them personally.

Everything apparently. There is No work culture. They give you zero paid leaves . N e1 if you are late to office by a minute they cut your salary . They invent new tactics and techniques to somehow cut your salary . No policy of bonus. Office looks fancy from outside but once you start working you will realise the real scenario.

Pathetic ........ they do not do any ethical work at the first place. Their main scope is to yield more money with least investments... bahut golmal wali company hai. HR is literally plans and ex exited nee ways to cut down your salary.

It was a great learning experience overall like they forced to do work which you have never done but its positive. I feel like bew comers are welcomed more than experienced one over all everyone have their own perspective and experiences.
