This company is a sham in the name of professional environment. The head of this company Karan Singh Uchiyarda and his son Harshvardhan Singh runs this company with a feudal and aristocratic mindset and never shys away from abusing employees in public meetings. The senior staff and management is filled with unprofessionals and unqualified people who are always in search of ways to harass their junior collegues. Nepotism and regionalism are blood and bone of this company as almost all senior positions in this company are occupied by relatives of Mr. Karan Singh Uchiyarda. The CEO of Ashapurna Buildcon Mr. Jai Singh who is also HOD of legal department is an uneducated, unprofessional and abusive person whose education qualification is class 10th is at the helm of important and major branch like legal department of this company. He is a master at abusing and harrassing his junior collegues. As a junior in his department your work will only be either running for depositing papers and receipts in government departments like JDA,PHED, Municipal corporation or doing clerical work like typing documents, providing printouts or files from record to him and treatment is similar to that of peon. The salary provided is meager and not in par with the work you'll be told to do here. The Monthly salary is credited after 15th of every month as most employees leave the job at first day of month after salary is credited in account. The management always search for ways to cut salary of employees for any nonsense reason.
