Learning opportunities is only plus point

Dislikes

Culture, you will not be treated as self respected employees. You have to do as told by management just to satisfy their ego. No personal, moral values are respected. New joinees are leaving within weeks by seeing such culture. Even HR has no role. 6 days work with minimum 9 hours of working, stretches upto 10 hours regularly. Just started one saturday off that is too on alternate basis within team. No genuine person can work here for long term. Unless you are ready to loose self respect. Even higher level management, CA's, CS are not spared. Typical family owned business mindset. Personal Grudges all the time especially from junior management. Parent group is not aware of these internal working styles. They are shown very clean picture all the time....Read More
