Gives chance to fresher, team leader Vishal pise is very helpful and friendly.

Dislikes

Very small company, no work life balance and no appraisal. Work from office only for freshers and WFH for experienced. Less pay with no leaves, even if it is urgent. Management is very bad, even they strictly monitor the work but never gives credit.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
