My Supervisor was great and was very supportive. Kuddos to her. Other than that nothing is good in the company.

Dislikes

1) Business manager, Miss Riddhi has serious trust issues. No respect towards the employees. She has the habit of self assuming things and situations to which she links what happens in the future. 2) The HR, Miss Hetal is very good friends with Miss Riddhi (not an issue at all with the friendship) but the discussion which should have been kept between the HR and the employee was known to Miss Riddhi. 3) Miss Riddhi would point out minor grammatical mistakes in between the chats on the professional channel and would pin point the employees’ language even though her hold on English language is not even impressive. When you hire people from different backgrounds and culture, there is always some difference, and I think that should embraced as the candidate is always ready to learn 4) The HR is very rude and has the habit of giving repeated warnings for minor issues. 5) Employees never had issues with the work, the work is great but the environment is very toxic. 6) Maximum of the work force have resigned because of this behaviour. 7) Holidays were never granted to people who were really sick and who have had family issues. They were forced to compensate. 8) When an employee would ask request to work from home, she would tell the team leader to give more work. 9) Miss Riddhi has no knowledge about how the teams are working and what pressure they are going through. You don't have any job security. You take leave of 3 days for medical reason and next week you don't get salary. Worst management and you are always expected to do more work yet treated as useless.

This is worst company I have ever worked for.the team lead and the project lead are just pathetic and do politics all the time. There is no cooperate etiquette at all.the team lead and the senior people scold you and talk arrogantly all the time for making such small mistakes repetitively.they treat you as labour despite your qualifications and experience. They fired employees without any intimation and pressurise employee for leaving company.according to team lead she will get thousands of fresher people who will work for 10-14 hrs and run company but trust me this is really worst part of company .they waste 60-70% of time in training new people because no normal person can withstand it for long duration..no job security , no appreciation for your work !if you want to happy and healthy then don't join this company...Good luck 👍...Read More

Worst team lead Ms. Riddhi. She behaves like she is the boss of company. No one above her to manage her, She is working from home like from 2 months and employees have to come office everyday.
