Everything, This is market research company not a clinical research firm. only copy paste job😂. Zero job security, even if you are hospitalize for 2,3 day they directly terminate from the job. The business manager behave like she is boss of company, Zero management, HR Hetal and Busine ss manager Riddhi was very unkind and rude. You don't have any job security. You take leave of 3 days for medical reason and next week you don't get salary. Worst management and you are always expected to do more work yet treated as useless.

This is worst company I have ever worked for.the team lead and the project lead are just pathetic and do politics all the time. There is no cooperate etiquette at all.the team lead and the senior people scold you and talk arrogantly all the time for making such small mistakes repetitively.they treat you as labour despite your qualif ications and experience. They fired employees without any intimation and pressurise employee for leaving company.according to team lead she will get thousands of fresher people who will work for 10-14 hrs and run company but trust me this is really worst part of company .they waste 60-70% of time in training new people because no normal person can withstand it for long duration.<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.no job security , no appreciation for your work !if you want to happy and healthy then don't join this company</mark>...Good luck 👍...Read More

Good colleagues is the only good thing that happened in Ascentrik Research.

Zero job security. With little training, they expect a lot from new joinees. Management and team lead professional behaviour not appropriate. They tend to disregard employees in front of all staff (Whether new joinee or experienced). If they see a candidate under-performing or taking ev en a single personal leave, the management has a tendency to pressurize the candidate to resign or behaves in a manner that the candidate would resign himself/herself. Worst Politics among team leads, higher management and HR. So all in all, worst work environment. Would never recommend anyone to join this company. During my tenure (Less than a month) in this company, i have seen two more employees other than me, being targeted by team leads or management by giving lot of work pressure & disregard (An eg.: I was called up by my team leads twice for my work assessment/performance review in less than 20 days of my joining)....Read More
