No ascent Meditech is not a good place to work. The senior sales person has an typical personality like an polictican. Sales department is major of political atmosphere. HR is just an rubber stamp with no control over sales team. HR is just an puppet. It's major job is of HR admin with zero development activities for employees.

Compensation is good but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high, sometimes I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
