Politics is very common every where not only is ascend.team mates we don't have a huge team to post something about teammates, training is horrible which is of no use, in fact they don't give any training and only assign work without any training.they don't provide any certifications which is helpful for career growth

New ideas of younger generation is never considered and they only make younger people to work like a goons for name sake it is an ISO company but they don't follow policies and they don't have any protocols.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
