Likes

Everything is Awesome except the Job Security part. Which is very common during COVID-19, but I still believe there are better ways to support. Management decision should be more streamlined and focused on decreasing debt. I hope Ascena see's great growth in the Future.

Dislikes

As told previously, only the Job Security is the issue. Else there is no better place than Ascena

Job security - Bad

Work Details

I used be a Data Architect/ Data Engineer working on Big Data on GCP as well as AWS. No place to learn better. Though there might be some repetitive work, but its all part and parcel of your work.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
