Office politics, strict rules and regulations. There is no growth as position is concerned. Slow salary increment. Transportation and food provided by company is good, but it is slow poison for your future carrier growth.

Company working culture is good.all people work with great team spirit.

Dislikes

Company is good but management both molding department and hr is too bad.this companies hr can give only promices. Only people who can say yes to any statements of foolish boss can live happy here.people with good knowledge,good working spirit have no value in company.so only learn whatever u want and leave the company is best solution.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
