In ASB We get job security even get partially handicapped or Suitable department change for Handicapped employees. ASB has donated 10 Cr to State Government fund & 7 Cr to PM fund for covid situation. Working culture is very nice & get new technology to learn. Proper care taking of employee. we get Canteen, transport facility bonus etc. Japanese culture to handle customer satisfaction. Dislikes

Working culture is very nice but departmental management are not upto the mark like Tata, L&T, Sulzer etc. Medical claim facility is not as L&T, ACC, like companies. Get 6000 Rs For mediclaim in that we have to cover all family people which is almost difficult. Where as in Other MNC all medical Bill's are paying by company="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
