Very less commission, reason to remove a lead from my conversion is not available even if it wasn't my mistake, we don't even get 100% of the tips given to us. That's terrible. And most of tickets fare is equal to market price, So no profit, No commission and if you don't sell it then ur conversion is gonna drop. As it takes our time around 9-10 hrs.... It's doesn't offer that good salary. No basic salary is there, Only commissions. Means if you don't sell then you are gonna get nothing. And you will loose your leads if you don't text or talk to them within next 72 hrs, even if it is your weekend. You will have to work there 8 hrs, you can extend it as much as you want, But fix time is mandatory. You can work even on weekends...Read More
