Extremely toxic work culture with insecure and immature leaders. Most of the management time is spent on changing employees portfolio and teams instead of focusing on the growth of the team and the company at large. A myopic vision and unstable career makes Arzooo a very unpleasant place to work.

Lot's of dislike to say about arzooo Nobody now about his job security in this company They are fired without any notice I think company slogan needs to change Use & Throw employee They just hire you in peak session after that they will fire you without any notice Even if they are fired from top management without any notice eg. Director,Assistant Director,Manager,RM,AM,Executive Only one person is permanent in this company whose name is Rahul Pandey.if u r conceit ( Talwe Chatna ) rahul pandey then ur permanent otherwise u will be fired.
