Guys please do not work in this company-- , if you receive an offer also please reject it and look for better opportunity somewhere. > Hire Fire system, no job security at all. >From top managers to Hr to admin team everyone are puppet here, they do not have any role to play in the company instead follow what the founders instruct them. > Sale keey naam paar mazzak banakar rakhey- Har din kuch nah kuch sale rakhtey hein jaise- Voltas day, Refrigerator day, cooler day LG & Samsung day etc and ask the employees to extend late night and work. >Arzooo wll be asking to reduce the price of the products from the sellers and will add 7%-9% margin of their own. And last if the products does not get sold your manager will ask why the product is not sold....? Matlab saaf hein - Apko " Supply and demand side dono dekhna hein aur agar product nahi sell hua tooh tayaar rahiye " -- apkii bajneey wali hein... > Currently from May '23 the sale is getting flop every month and the founders take remand of managers and the managers screw the employees and threatens saying your individual performance is down you will be removed from the system soon. >If you are taking risk and joining this company please have a backup of an another job and keep searching for the same - --"You might never come to know when is your last day in arzooo" > Not Committed to their words - things re-shuffles here very quickly, when you join Hr will make fake commitments and once complete your one month your salary pay structure will sub-categorized into fixed and variables pay. > 6 months Prohibition period. > None of the employees are trustworthy here, better to be cautious and silent. > During Electronic day and Diwali you need to get ready to work for extra long hours and also on weekends but there will be no remuneration for this. >No clarity on work you are doing everyday your boss will be taking classes of the employees here. > Employees are not given freedom here to express themselves or connect with one another every-time someone or the other will be keeping a watch on you. ......Here the work culture either forces the employees to put down the paper or they are being removed from the system coz of their poor performance. More freetime as process is not properly set
No process and poor leadership. You cannot learn anything and they ll pressuring at last moment to achieve Target. Everyone has to travel & visit sellers, even though you were not hired for that role. Sellers won't respect the company as they don't make payments on time. Literally we have to beg sellers on sale seasons

I share a cautionary tale. The toxic culture, led by the founder promotes politics, eroding trust. The "Hire and Fire" policy, firing after sales seasons, and absence of appraisals showcase mismanagement in all functions. Favouritism and erratic leadership, contribute to a chaotic environment. The leadership turnover reflects instability, while employees face unjust PIPs and unpaid bonuses poor culture.
