This company 10 years in market and it's turn over is 7 to 8 crore. It is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team and a company.

Dislikes

When I travel then I have a spend money firstly after view bill collect and see the company then return my money only.

Work Details

My work is challenging as I have to look after the entire manage day to day yield operation and maintenance. It will be a great learning experience.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
