Great senior's, good place to learn since its a small plant, you get thorough knowledge. Provides good renumeration, job security is good too. Timely increment, regular salary even during pandemic.

Dislikes

Politics, HR has final word for everything but when you go to them for a solution, they don't have one. Take advantages for being from HR dept. Things like attendance punching error, even if it's system fault, we need to personally open portal and request for solution, nothing is done on it's own. One such instance is, Fans are not working in staff canteen for past one year, people are eating while sweating but HR is least bothered to provide the canteen with fans,just a single cooler sitting in a corner works, issues like this persists....Read More

Work Details

Good place to work, but the location is bad as the town itself is a remote area, plant and colony is 8km from town. Management could provide better entertainment facilities within colony.
