Politics, HR has final word for everything but when you go to them for a solution, they don't have one. Take advantages for being from HR dept. Things like attendance punching error, even if it's system fault, we need to personally open portal and request for solution, nothing is done on it's own. One such instance is, Fans are not working in staff canteen for past one year, people are eating while sweating but HR is least bothered to provide the canteen with fans,just a single cooler sitting in a corner works, issues like this persists....Read More
