Though it’s a Ltd company there are no set policy and designated Profiles anything can happen overall a nights with owner call, ya it’s still like owner based culture

Arvind's company is very good but it is very difficult to live there with family in such high inflation and the work of the company is also very good but the senior people give very little support.
