This was the least interactive organisation I have ever stepped foot in. I was not welcome since the first day and nobody never told me what has to be done. The HR never picked up calls. The HRs were so unresponsive that I spent my whole tenure at the company without even getting to know the password to my email. Week in week out I would call them but was never provided with any resolution. They had logged in the account during induction and thats where it ended....Read More

Lot of Gossips and Politics within the org Manager Does not Support No learning Your Grade as a Senior Manager but you can't work as a manger since you have level concious Manager Most of the work is transactional You work hard but you will get a 1 hour lecture from your Manager Manager has lack of knowledge doesn't know how to create medians had merged Admin and HR salary ranges while making medians with zero logic Manager can't take your feedback, if you give feedback you will surely listen to a common word used there which is "Audacity" If you do a small error, manger will go to another cabin to discuss and crib about it for hour long to another team Manager Rewards team is just for Name mostly activities are transactional There is a lot of judgement among peers They started finding my replacement since March 24 but still wanted me to work on all the task whole heartedly and also gave me negative feedback about my work Also, Which company changes your email ID from Backend? People, policies. Management believes in old employees only. They don't take a holistic view. They want ybe now comers to change the organization but hey will pass throughessgw to to the old ones. Finance. Management is dependent on finance completely. Surrendered to marketing.

Arvind's company is very good but it is very difficult to live there with family in such high inflation and the work of the company is also very good but the senior people give very little support.

Dislikes

It is very rare that every person gets salary according to his capability. Salary should be given as per the capability of the person and the most important thing is that skill matters.
