the team mates was good, training was awesome, salary was not expected, learnt so many things like excel, PPT, roaster and week offs, WFM work, improved the english skills, call handling and chat, email handling also etc..
Dislikes
appraisal, salary increment, unable to get opportunity etc..

If your are thinking for startup this is the best organization... Team leader (reena jain) & the rest of people are good. They are helpful & supportive.salary was less that's not much.
For the fresher it was good & they can make their career.

Infrastructure was amazing. Work culture. So many things to learn. Secured job. Multiple internal opportunities. Good salary and growth. All facilities eg. food, cabs, internet, parties. Life is amazing at arvato
