This is a place where u can get good exposure, no limitations to learn about operations

Family politics, not a corporate family driven company, lots of restrictions to implement new ideas, using unparliamentary words, open door policy for stalking , gossiping ,full of bad vibes, last appraisal happened 5yrs before, no perks or gratuity provided, worst HR policies

There is no personal space, even in national holidays need to work, 24/7 want to be available, 7 days in a week working
